This is Jurmo, a nearby island, nearly uninhabited, much flatter and almost treeless. — Edit: actually, via aerial view, Jurmo has some sizable wooded areas in its eastern-central section.

Amazingly, the Utö lighthouse remained visible for a couple of hours, even as it neared occlusion by the horizon. Here it's the tiny vertical mark near the center of the horizon, about a third of the way from the prominent lighthouse to the lefthand mirage-cut island. This may have been a shot through my binoculars, I don't really remember.
